The CLIENT screen is an interactive contact mangement system. You can track multiple contacts per client as well as email and web site information.
When you look up a client, all associated cases appear in a sorted list at the bottom of the page. You simply click on the list for a detailed view of the case information.
The blue circles with arrows at the end of a field perform specific labor-saving functions. At the end of the Firm field, it will pull up a list of all existing firms. This will save you time when adding
new attorneys, and when you add a new Firm, it will automatically appear in the list next time. When you click a circle at the end of an email address, it will automatically open a new email message, already addressed to that person.
